What we do
JLA is a major supplier of commercial laundry equipment to both HM Prisons and the Ministry of Defence. We are a nominated supplier to OGC (the Office of Government Commerce) and have machines in most of the UK’s prisons and dozens of Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Navy facilities.
Our washers and dryers are simple to operate and designed to withstand heavy use and can be supplied as part of a fixed-cost Total Care Plus package.
This is ideal for prisons and armed forces bases because equipment is installed and expertly maintained without tying up the time and resource of personnel. A major benefit of Total Care Plus is that service is guaranteed within 8 working hours 7 days a week, 364 days a year.
We also plan and design on-site laundries and can even run them for you, managing their day-to-day operation and fully training staff.
